A healthy society is a successful society! Unless we function as healthy individuals, we can’t become successful citizens or forebearers of hope and prosperity for generations that follow. Health camps are one of the most popular strategies that are adopted by both government and non-government organisations, and offer free medical aid, besides a plethora of health related check-ups to those who cannot afford proper healthcare.

Each month, The Ponty Chadha Foundation conducts various health camps across Delhi/NCR, and January 2018 has been no exception to the overall vision, wherein they touch the lives of the underprivileged, providing them with the necessary health checkups and medication.

This month, a total of 5 health camps were conducted across the Delhi/NCR region, and in villages like Duajan, Bayana, Gujjar Garhi and Kazipura. Apart from this, an exclusive health camp was also conducted at a construction site, where the workers were given proper health advice and treatment for the various ailments they were facing.

Over 500 patients were administered with medication and free checkups. In the pictures below, you can see the look of gratification and relief on their faces, as they clear their doubts and worries with the doctors, who were generous and kind while listening to their health-related problems.

Health camps are extremely pivotal for The Ponty Chadha Foundation, and shaping the lives of those who need our services, support and help. The underprivileged sections of the society don’t have it easy, as they live in remote areas, and the rural surroundings unfortunately do not cater to even the basic necessities. With our esteemed team of doctors and medical professionals, we strive to uplift the needy, and give them a holistic way of life, month after month, year after year.
