This camp was held in Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan (MBCN), Noida on 10th April, 2015 from 10 AM to 4 PM. The camp saw 1000 number of people coming for vision & hearing tests. 150 people were selected for FREE CATARACT OPERATION in the camp and 50 people were given FREE HEARING AIDS.

Talking about the initiative, Mr. Manjir Ghosh, Head, CSR Wave Group said, “The Ponty Chadha Foundation persistently works towards the betterment of the society & help and service the underprivileged. We thank Tara Sansthan for joining hands with us & walk with us in fulfilling our vision of making a better & healthy society”.

Talking on this occasion Mr. Sathya Bhushan Jain, Tara Sansthan’s Patron and Working President of IVF said, “We thank The Ponty Chadha Foundation for supporting us in this endeavour of ours. Together, we are making efforts to service people who are poor, helpless and lonely and reside in rural and remote areas. We express our heart-felt thanks to The Ponty Chadha Foundation for its generosity in sponsoring these camps that facilitate cataract surgeries and other hearing & vision treatments. We hope to maintain this relationship in future as well.”

The most remarkable contribution by The Ponty Chadha Foundation is establishment of MBCN – Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan, the school for the differently-abled. The school is one of the very few private rehabilitation institutions, which provides gratuitous service to 800 students (free of cost), subjugating the cash-strapped society.
