Taking this important cue, The Skills Academy, which is an initiative by The Ponty Chadha Foundation has strived to harness the inherent skills and talent in our youth, who belong to the underprivileged sections of society. The sole aim and overarching vision of The Skills Academy is to bridge the gap between the poor and rich, and to build a society that thrives on equal opportunities and rights.

From teaching the youth on how to be efficient security guards to understanding what it takes to ace housekeeping, The Skills Academy does not only equip the students with the required expertise that can help them earn, but also gives them a way of life that can be sustained and improved in times to come.

In today’s day and age, the youth require a wide access to information and opportune moments that can help them thrive. When the youth understand the importance of empowerment, they automatically uplift the society and become the forerunners for positive change.
