The Ponty Chadha Foundation has always strived to give back to the society, and help light the way for those who seek better horizons, and a better future for themselves. India, despite the tremendous progress over the years, has thousands of unemployed youth who struggle to make their mark. Regardless of their inherent skills and talents, the underprivileged sections of society don’t get the same level of opportunities as those who have proper resources and education.

Besides helping those in need in whatever way possible, The Ponty Chadha Foundation has always imparted robust training through their Skills Academy, which is an exclusive initiative for the unemployed youth. From housekeeping to learning how to be efficient security guards, The Ponty Chadha Foundation takes immense pride in serving, helping and presenting the right latitudes, which help the underprivileged youth succeed and carve a niche for themselves in the society.

Keeping the vision in mind, The Ponty Chadha Foundation recently organised a large scale job fair called Kaushal Mela, which was conducted on December 19th, at Dhaulana in Hapur. This initiative founds its wings through the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna & Skill India. The job fair brought together some of the country’s leading organisations and job seekers under one roof, and provided employment opportunities to the disadvantaged youth.

156 candidates participated in this job fair, out of which 24 were selected for different job roles.
The event was attended by various dignitaries from the area, including chief guest Deepa Ranjan (IAS), CDO, the SDM and the BDO of Dhaulana.
